This class uses principles of developmental kinesiology to rebuild core stabilization, joint alignment, and movement coordination. Expect focused, intentional movements that challenge your system at a deep neuromuscular level to optimize athletic output and recovery

A slow-paced active recovery class designed to restore flexibility, improve stability, and support efficient, pain-free movement. Through guided mobility work, breath, and focused control, this session helps reset your system and prepare your body for training or daily life
